Free Application Online Renewal Service This Web page provides both resident and nonresident licensees with instructions on how to renew their license online by answering the same questions that are stated on the traditional mail in renewal application and prompts the agent to submit credit card (American Express, VISA, or MasterCard) or debit card (with the VISA or MasterCard logo) payment for the appropriate amount of the renewal. There is no additional fee for using this service. Credit/debit card transactions are encrypted and no one but the licensee and his or her credit/debit card company will have access to the credit/debit card number. The renewed licenses will be mailed within three business days of submitting the renewal using this service.
