Annuity Training Outline [in pdf format*] For California non-resident life agents who sell annuities California Insurance Code Section 1749.8 (a) and (b) states, in part, that every life agent (California resident or non-resident) who sells or solicits annuity products are required to complete training filed and approved by the commissioner as provided in subdivision (g) of Section 1749.4.

Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster Regulations - Claims Adjuster and Medical Bill Reviewer Training Requirements On or before July 1, all insurers are to certify annually to the Commissioner that they have met the minimum standards of training and/or experience stated in the Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster Regulations for all claims adjusters and medical bill reviewers.
